This place is awesome. After bad experience with Harley dealership in Harrisburg area, I found a used bike, I liked online. Jumped on my old bike drove over 50 miles. Got to the dealership was greeted , looked at the bike. Decided I liked it . Got to meet the awesome staff in different areas , did paperwork and was explained the bike operation. Jumped on the bike for home. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

Recently bought a H-D and the owner didn't have keys for it. Took the Bill of Sale and PA Title into the Parts Desk and was very fortunate to have Tiffany wait on me. Expected a little bit of an issue with paperwork, documentation, etc. but Tiffany knew EXACTLY what she was doing and I was in & out in about 15 minutes! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, matter-of-fact, honest and a tad entertaining to boot.... a PERFECT combination! Thanks again Tiffany and keep doing YOU!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Reid Ellinger in sales. I rarely leave reviews on anything, but Reid was such an awesome salesperson. Made the trip out to York PA from NJ with my son to purchase a used 2021 street glide and Reid and the team made it possible for us to leave with a brand new 2023 model! Reid and others made it the fastest and easiest transaction ever! My 06 trike was going into limp mode. Eisenhower picked up my bike and the technician determined that the speedometer went bad. The bike was repaired and returned to me. Thanks to Rachael and Eric for their professional service. Thanks to Clayton for delivering my bike safe and sound. Shout out and thanks so much to whoever that Angel was that pushed this old veteran in a wheelchair from the service department all the way to the main entrance.

I purchased a 2021 Pan America at another area dealer, and did not have the best sales experience, and an even worse experience with their service department.This led me to start bringing my bike to York HD for warranty service, and the difference is night and day. Eric and Rachel were both very friendly and listened to my concerns each time. While it can be frustrating when the techs cannot always duplicate intermittent issues that I've experienced, Rachel took the time to explain and pushed to get things taken care of with HD. My experience with the parts department has also been 5 star, always greeted with a friendly person who would direct me where else I could get a particular part if it was not in stock. York HD will be my first stop for any parts or service needed from now on.

Very nice and helpful people that work there. Im not one to give reviews but it was probably the friendliest place I been in a while. Service was also quick. No complaints.

On the road I needed a repair on my HD MC. They were concerned and ready to help. My bike was repaired in a few hours. They even found a few minor problems that I didn't know about. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend this business.

They have a museum hall, that is very interesting.

Just to clarify, I did not buy anything when I visited. Just stopped in to look around. All of the employees were really friendly. Not too pushy in trying to get me to buy anything. The store is very well maintained. Lots of nice bikes. A really neat thing was the Harley museum they have in the back of the store. If I were local, this is the place I would buy my bikes from.

Employees and management are exceptional! Extremely attentive but not overbearing. Have been bike shopping and I appreciated the fact that they treated me with respect (I'm a woman). They also have a wonderful selection of clothing and accessories - best in the MD and PA area!. I will be doing all of my Harley-related shopping at this location from here on.
